From its rich and sultry flavor profile and use of exotic spices and its Spanish influences, it is steeped in the culture of New Orleans while keeping its eyes firmly fixed on Glasgow.

What You'll Need
- 2 parts Auchentoshan American Oak® Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1/2 part Black Tea Infused Amaro Montenegro® (Add 4 tea bags to 1 750 ml bottle of Amaro Montenegro® and let infuse for 12-24 hours. Remove tea bags and strain if necessary.)
- 1/2 part Lustau® East India Solera Sherry
- 1/4 part 4:1 honey syrup (Combine 4 parts honey to 1 part hot water and blend until mixed.)
- 4 dashes Suze Aromatic Bitters

Add 2 parts Auchentoshan American Oak® into a mixing glass
Add 1/2 part Lustau® East India Solera Sherry
Add 1/2 part Black Tea Infused Amaro Montenegro® (Add 4 tea bags to 1 750 ml bottle of Amaro Montenegro® and let infuse for 12-24 hours. Remove tea bags and strain if necessary.)
Add 1/4 part 4:1 honey syrup (Combine 4 parts honey to 1 part hot water and blend until mixed.)
Add 4 dashes of Aromatic Bitters
Add ice to the mixing glass
Stir
Strain into coup glass
Garnish with an orange peel and wrapped luxardo cherry
