As "summer" rolls into San Francisco, locals find themselves preparing for Karl the Fog, blustery days, and cool nights. There's no better way to beat the ...cold... than with this belly-warming blend of Auchentoshan® American Oak® and North Coast's Old Rasputin® Imperial Stout.

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 parts Auchentoshan American Oak® Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 2 1/2 parts North Coast Brewing Co.® Old Rasputin® Imperial Stout
  • 1/2 part Royal Combier®
  • 1/2 part simple syrup (Combine 2 parts sugar and 1 part water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved, and remove from heat (do not boil). Let cool before use.)
  • 1/2 part fresh lemon juice
  • Mint sprig garnish
