What You'll Need

  • 2 parts Auchentoshan Three Wood® Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 3/4 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 part honey syrup (1:1) (Bring equal parts of honey and water in a small saucepan to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Cool before serving.)
  • 3 dashes of Underberg® herbal bitters
  • 3 dashes Hella Bitters® Smoked Chili Bitters
  • Garnish with lemon twist

Add 2 parts Auchentoshan Three Wood® into a mixing glass

Add 3/4 part fresh lemon juice

Add 1/2 part honey syrup (Bring equal parts of honey and water in a small saucepan to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Cool before serving.)

Add 3 dashes of Underberg® herbal bitters

Add 3 dashes Hella Bitters® smoked chili bitters

Add ice to cocktail shaker

Shake

Double strain into coupe glass
