Inspired by the “Panther’s Fang” from one of San Diego’s late / great tiki hotel bars, The Barefoot Bar, in the Vacation Village Hotel.

What You'll Need
- 2 parts Auchentoshan American Oak® Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1 1/2 parts fresh pineapple Juice
- 1 1/2 parts passion fruit honey syrup (equal parts passion fruit purée and high-quality honey. Mix thoroughly and cool before serving.)
- 1 1/2 parts fresh lemon Juice
- 3 parts Stone® Tangerine Express™ IPA
- Tiki garnish

Add 2 parts Auchentoshan American Oak® into a cocktail shaker
Add 1 1/2 parts fresh pineapple juice
Add 1 1/2 parts passion fruit honey syrup
Add 1 1/2 parts fresh lemon juice
Add crushed ice
Shake
Add 3 parts Stone® Tangerine Express™ IPA to snifter glass
Empty contents into the glass
Garnish lavishly
